For 14 years, I taught English at a university in Kanchanaburi, Thailand, working with students from a wide range of faculties and backgrounds. During this time, I developed and taught courses covering academic, professional, and everyday English, helping learners build confidence and real-world communication skills.

My teaching included:

Academic English — writing, reading, and research skills

Speaking and Listening for Communication

English for Specific Purposes (ESP) — including tourism, education, and business

Presentation and Public Speaking Skills

Exam Speaking Preparation — TOEIC, IELTS, and university assessments

I focused on making lessons practical, engaging, and relevant to each student’s goals. Many of my students improved their English significantly, gaining the confidence to study abroad, work in international environments, and communicate effectively in their chosen fields.

This experience deepened my understanding of how Thai learners approach English and how to create a supportive, motivating classroom that leads to lasting progress.
