Refund & Cancellation Policy

Single Lessons
Students may cancel or reschedule any single lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no cost.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson start time are not eligible for a refund, and the full lesson fee will be charged.

Lesson Packages
For packages of multiple lessons, each scheduled session follows the same cancellation rule: it may be cancelled or rescheduled more than 12 hours in advance at no cost.
Any session cancelled within 12 hours of its start time is not eligible for a refund and will be counted as a used session within the package.

Unused lessons in a package are refundable only if none of the remaining sessions fall within the 12-hour window. Once a lesson is within that 12-hour period, it is treated as a non-refundable individual session.
